- A&S par-baked bagels are
partially baked bagels. All you have to do is finish
the baking for a a few minutes in your oven. Recently,
the baking industry has demanded par-baked products baked
80%-90% of the way through. Historically, par-baked
products were not baked off in this manner. Whichever way
you want it, A&S Bagels can make it. If you need a
par-baked bagel product baked 80%-90% of the way through, we can
do it for you. If you prefer a par-baked bagel product
baked baked less then that, we can accommodate you.
Directions
For Making Par-Baked Bagels
The
below directions haven been widely used with great success.

Pre-heat
oven to 500-550 degrees. |
| 2. |
Place
the bagels on a baking pan. |
| 3. |
Thaw
bagels out to room temperature. |
| 4. |
Bake
bagels for one to two minutes, or until golden brown.
All ovens are not the same.
Check oven temperature and adjust baking times as
needed. |
