Bagels offers full baked fresh, full baked frozen (thaw and serve), par baked and pre-formed frozen dough bagels.
Our bagels are Kosher. A&S Bagels is under
Rabbinical supervision. |

| Our pre-formed
frozen raw dough bagels, which are great for small bagel shops
and bakeries, are packaged 10 dozen per case. By
ordering our frozen dough bagels, you will no longer need your
mixer, nor will you have to order flour and other ingredients.
You will also save on labor costs. Additionally, your
customers will still be able to smell your fresh bagels
baking. There are many ways to prepare our pre-formed

| A&S Bagels
also makes full-baked frozen bagels. Our
full-baked frozen bagels are great for the food service
industry. You will be able to provide your customers
with great tasting bagels with no labor or machinery.
All you have to do is thaw out the bagels from your
freezer. |

| We also offer par-baked bagels.
Our par-baked bagels are partially baked bagels. All you
have to do is finish the baking for a a few minutes in your
oven. With par-baked bagels, your customers can get hot
bagels. |

| We bake our
bagels in two different styles: the old fashioned style
("Kettle style"),
or in a rack oven ("rack style"). Authentic New
York Bagels are first boiled in a kettle and then baked in an
oven, which is known as Kettle style. Or, if you prefer,
we can make bagels in a rack oven. Bagels made in a rack
oven are baked and not boiled. Its a matter of taste,
and you choose which type of bagel you would like. |
